What We Do

We provide, among other things, solar powered lights to the poorest 20% of the world’s population who do not have ready access to continuous electrical power.   No one organization can or will solve the problem of world poverty, but we can all do something, no matter how small, to help.

Providing a solar light, which averages around $3.75 per year per person, allows those without lights to read a book, prep a meal, walk safely around their house, etc.  To do the things many of us take for granted.

We partner with church leaders and individuals who have shown a commitment to their community.  They know their areas better than we ever will and know who is most in need. 

Our lights and other items are given out on a non-conditional basis.
