Executive Team

As an entrepreneur, Deron has developed and manage several businesses over the last 28 years.   Being a natural  problem solver and his heart for the marginalized and those in need, he founded  Matthew 4:16 Ministries.  Deron is a board member at Southwind Fields, in addition to volunteering his time as a Team Director at Life Point Church in San Antonio, Tx.

Developing teams and systems has been Jennifer's passion for over 27 years while she has owned and managed multiple businesses. Helping people realize their God given potential and encouraging them to use that gift to make a difference in others lives is one of her greatest joys.  Jennifer  serves on the Leadership Team at Life Point Church in San Antonio, Tx.
